Tank Macros

Can we start a thread for tanks who like to use macros? Currently this is what I'm using.
/ac "Fight or Flight"
/ac "Fast Blades"
/ac "Rampart"
/ac "Shield Lob"
I use this so I never forget to use my buffs, and this combo initiates my attack. If i'm too far away it will buff me fight or flight, pressing again will shield lob for extra hate, also the second time thru it will buff my defense as well as start my combo attack. What other macros do you tanks use besides the Marks?
