The following issues have been addressed.

An issue wherein the server would go down when logging out or force quitting.
An issue wherein the server would go down under specific circumstances relating to levequests.
An issue wherein the screen would freeze and it would be impossible to proceed. (PlayStation3 version only)
* We are resolving specific situations that we were able to properly identify.
An issue wherein logging back into an instance would cause Linkshell or Free Company chat to not function properly.
An issue where when the party leader was the first to exit an instance would cause the Limit Break gauge to remain and be executable.
An issue where players cannot use actions after being teleported into an instanced dungeon while using the chocobo porter.
